Drinking Chocolate




Preparation Methods: All of the drinking chocolates can be properly mixed with fat free or 1% milk. Heavy whipping cream needs to be used due to the fact that fat free and 1% milk have a high percentage of carbohydrates and whipping cream has zero. The proper ratio for drinking should be 1-cup of the cocoa blend to 1-cup milk or cream. Bring the liquid to a rapid boil and add the mix stirring vigorously until all contents have been blended.
